Attorney / Mediator, PA
As the first certified mediator in the state of Arkansas, Bob has been on the cutting edge of this growing trend for decades. He draws on his experiences as an attorney and mediator for more than 16 years (since 1998) to skillfully assist parties in realistically assessing the risk of litigation. His extensive mediation practice serves clients entering into court-ordered mediation and those coming to the table voluntarily. In many circumstances, parties are unwilling or unable to work together to find a resolution, but they want to avoid the time and expense of litigation. Other times, they want a final decision to be handed down by someone with not only knowledge of the law, but also a specific practice area.
Robert E. Hornberger Attorney/Mediator, PA is based in Fort Smith, Arkansas, and serves clients throughout the State of Arkansas as well as those in Eastern Oklahoma and Southwest Missouri.
